Originally copyrighted in 1930, this movie appears to have never had its copyright formally renewed in or round 1958 per US copyright law. I found no copyright record in the Catalog of Copyright Entries, Cumulative Series, 1950-1959. Therefore, I believe that this movie has fallen into the public domain.
